A regional group of Subway franchises recently held a training session focusing on leadership and trust. To facilitate the discussions, LaBov & Beyond presented the business theater performance of Conviction to an audience of 100 franchise owners and managers. Following the performance, the participants were asked to work in groups to create a plan to infuse their stores with stronger leadership and elevated trust.
